    I am an ALLUMNI of J and J science institute passed out in 1972 during which Dr. S B Desai was the HOD of Physics electronics. I was the only south indian in the class and was a very hard working boy liked by all my peers and professors. My career openings were built in this institute for which I am grateful to the administrators and the faculty. Latter i joined medical college at Manipal, served for 4 yrs and shifted to college of pharm sciences and worked in different capacities as lecturer, Asst professor, reader, additional professor and HOD. Since 2000 I amm working in the dept of physics as professor at Manipal Institute of technology aninstitute of repute and distinction for excellent teaching and research and is the top 6th institute in the country at private sector. I did my Ph.D in a diverted field called targetted drug deliver using spectroscopy and also my area of interest were plant chemistry in isolationl identification and characterization and bio activity of principles. At present i am working on various projects related to biophysics, related to cancer, obesity and neural network. I miss many of my class mates.I have 6 books, 51 international research papers, 128 presentations in various international conferences in India and abroad. Few PhD and post graduates are working under me. I am an active researcher in the bio physics area. I wish to have a link with my almamata for interaction and also interested to visit my institution on a suitable ocasion to give a guest talk and interact with the pg studetns and meet my professors and lab staff. I wish to get the mail id of 1972 batch of students of electronics if the institute has got. I am looking forward for a suitable ocasion to visit the institution. Now I am 62 yrs and still working on post retirement tenure with reages and affections
